        Our Sonata has been in for service for 40 days now, several computer issues with a new one uncovered every time one is supposedly resolved. The staff are always nice and polite but I dont believe they are equipped to handle the repair. I have asked for a weekly update but have been ignored and now my calls and messages are ignored. I wish I had towed my car to the dealer in Harrisonburg instead.

        Our Hyundai Sonata has been at the dealership for a month with no end in sight. Service keeps saying the parts aren't in yet, but a month really. Is it because the transmission went bad after only 50,000 miles and with a 100,000 warrantee they will have to replace the parts for free? I asked for a loaner but none was available. This is taking too long Service: Transmission
