Had the privilege of waiting on Mr. Monte Bryant today, what wonderfully nice guy, you don't find thT much anymore, and what a job he has done at the new location. I can't give a good enough review

3 times to get my gator parts correctly, gave them all engine #s , model#s etc, 6 weeks gator down

Do not deal with the "Parts Manager" at all. He has very poor personal skills, makes off-putting comments about customers in front of other workers and customers, interjects himself rudely into others' conversations, and should be removed from any type of supervisory position. Virginia Tractor could possibly lose my business as a direct reflection of this person's actions.

Charged $64 to work on Stihl chainsaw. Saw would not run at all when I got it back. All they offered was it started fine here. Took saw to another place, who cleaned gas tank and carburetor and it runs great . I'd give them no stars

One parts sales person, the second one was behind the counter but did not make herself available for about 10 mins. When she offered to help I told her what I needed. She looked up the items (I had my Product books with me). She came back with part of what I had requested and I paid her. She said she had made a mistake. The mistake being 4 of the things I needed were not in stock. She order them for the next day pickup. I realized when I checked the box she put all the parts in, she had included the tube of grease, so called and ask her to add that to what I will pickup tomorrow. Unfortunately, getting parts at this store is usually unpleasant.
