I had the opportunity to be a user of the services of this institution and it was a pleasant experience, everyone was very friendly, concerned about serving you well, I am Venezuelan and the language was not a problem, excellent service, congratulations.

I work in a foster home and was here with some of our kids. The staff was warm, and the receptionist (Hispanic), Sorry I forgot her name, was SPECTACULAR. In the same way, the nurse Pam was very sweet and patient, REALLY PATIENT. Also, everyone who was involved. Honestly, it's unusual to go to government offices where they treat people well (or at least that's my experience), and here they have a 10/10. From coordinating the appointment, the process, the waiting time, and everything!!!!

Brought my daughter and myself to get Covid tested and they said itd take 48 hours for results. Its now been 4 days. The process was easy, staff was nice, but weve waited far too long for the results that technically I do not need anymore as I am positive due to INTENSE symptoms. My daughter may or may not have it though considering shes a child and could be asymptomatic. It wouldve been nice to hear back from a nurse like they promised.
