        I 'm a journalist and was in an emergency because my laptop with 8 hours of notes on it was lost. Jay managed to save it. I went to a few places that completely failed me including Fixed Fruit. I called Jay at 10 AM on a Wednesday and he fixed it the same day for only $20. Quick, clever, smart work. Also, absolutely reasonable pricing. Jay wouldn't even let my wife tip him. If you need data recovery, this is your guy. Best in Cville. 5 stars.

        I have known Jay for a long time. He is a fantastic person and treats everyone fairly across the board. He is also a great friend, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your devices to him for repair!! You just won't find anyone else with the Customer Service that Jay offers, and repairs are done right the first time. I'm recommending all my friends to go see him. He is awesome!!!
