REVIEW IS FOR THE WAYNESBORO VA LOCATION. Find somewhere else for help. I hate to say that but they do not care. This is just a paycheck for them. I was going to this location for substance abuse and I had numerous issues. I was also going to this location for medication management. 1. the doctor I saw didnt even know my name. 2. im on medication that requires lab work and they have yet to send me for that. 3. you have to bug the heck out of them to get them to schedule a follow up. even with bugging them, dont expect to get a follow up. ive been trying for over a month. 4. the group leader, rachel, will ignore you. 100% dont expect a call or text back if it doesnt benefit her. 5. when they tell you to call RING central, dont even both. they say they take 72 hours to call back. It was over 72 hours before I called and left a second voicemail which i still havent had a response to. This place is terrible. They are supposed to be here to help. They arent. Grace is wonderful but thats about it. Keep searching and good luck to everyone looking for help.
