Sarah has helped me with numerous policies to include rental insurance, car insurance and home owners insurance. She is responsive, efficient and just a joy to work with. I prefer to text and she is great about communicating with me via text. Most recently she worked with my mortgage lender directly to provide the policy and is keeping the dates in order for three ladders policy changes in the next four months. I am so grateful for her expertise and professionalism.

What might have been a dry stodgy conversation between customer and agent turned into a pleasant conversation and quite a few laughs. What a wonderful surprise and a smile on my face.
