Don't bother reaching out to them if you are interested in a screened in porch or other "small jobs". We wanted to add a screened in porch to our home and after seeing several photos of screened in porches that they've done all over their website and seeing that it's listed under the services they provide, we decided to reach out to get an estimate. After several attempts to contact them they finally just said we aren't interested in small projects.

My wife and waited 9 years after building our home before moving forward with our plan of adding a second-floor screened-in porch and a screened-in area outside of our walkout basement. We met with a number of contractors but they were never a good fit and couldnt seem to envision what we wanted for the project, until we met with Thomas Donne. His attention to detail, knowledge, communication skills, and willingness to listen to what we were looking for in our project sold us on Sun Structures from our very first meeting with him. Once the work began, having Tim, Chris, and John on site working every day was like having members of the family build our deck. We trusted them to come in and out of our home if they needed to without worry. They are truly experts in their craft who created for us an outdoor space beyond our expectations. Throughout construction, Thomas was always in communication with us and easy to reach if we had questions. From start to finish the work, communication, site maintenance, project management, etc. was all outstanding. We could not recommend them more for any project you are considering.

Sun did our remodel on the room above our garage. I had a very limited budget and so it was important that things stay on track and on budget, which it did perfectly. They went above and beyond on everything they touched. It's clear that they have a commitment to doing work that lasts. They were meticulously clean and made use of every minute of the day. The billing is clear and prompt. I've actually never used anyone in my 20 years of home ownership that was so easy and fair to work with.
