I ordered flowers for my daughter, and they arrived simply beautiful. From ordering to delivery, every bit of this transaction was just perfect, and the best part is that the flowers are so fresh and gorgeousan absolute treat!

Iv ordered from here every year for the past 13yrs! Today iv been given the run around about my wife's flowers i ordered for today a week ago. I was told they were on the way at 12 and at 3 no show! 4 no show! I called and asked for a manager and told him my issue and how unhappy and he said have a good day and hung up! This is horibble customer service! I will be taking this complaint further!

This place was absolutely excellent - as a first time customer, the process was super easy and I was able to schedule a delivery days in advance which went off without a hitch! Will be using again

Horrible customer service Delivered flowers did not follow delivery instructions flowers were left at a door that is not used and the flowers sat out and froze over night. The flowers were sent to someone who had just lost her husband and when they called to let them know what happened they essentially replied oh well not our problem and hung up the situation was not handled with any care or grace in any manner. You would be better off just picking up flowers from the grocery store and just doing it yourself then to use this florist.
