The service is certainly declining the waits are longer and the prescription waits are long too. This use to be a good place

I just spent 45 minutes on hold with the pharmacy just to have them hang up on me.

Unfortunately this Walgreens is never stocked and never answers my phone calls at the pharmacy. Also, the prescriptions are always way later to be filled than they're supposed to be. The drive through line takes a long time but that's normal with Walgreens prescription pickup. I'm sure the pharmacists are doing their best considering the long lines but inside takes a long time too. They are swamped in the pharmacy and don't seem to have many other regular shoppers since so many of their shelves are empty.

Would rate them negative stars if I could. My doctor called in two prescriptions at 1:00. At 3:00 I called to see when they'd be ready since my husband was trying to get them on his way home from work. I waited on hold 35 mins with no answer, system said I only had one caller in front of me the entire time. Husband finally got there so I gave up being on hold. He waited in line 20 mins and said there were 4 people behind the counter and no one answering the phone. When it was finally his turn, he was told they were filling them now and it would be 5-10 mins. He waited another 25 mins and finally walked out of there with only ONE of my two prescriptions. Apparently they couldn't fill the other one but couldn't be bothered to tell us early enough so that we could have had it transferred to another pharmacy in time to be filled by closing time on a Fri. Our first and last time using this pharmacy, lesson learned. Absolutely horrendous.
