Had a great first visit and am so pleased that this is now our family dentist. The entire dental team made me feel welcomed, listened to and taken care of. The visit was punctual, efficient, yet the staff was very attentive to my medical needs.

I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. The Drs Ott (Brian and Sarah) have both been my providers and are excellent. They are both competent, reliable, and above all, honestly care about their patients. I had a dental emergency, and they were able to provide the treatment I needed, even though I know that they were extremely busy that day in the office. Even more so, I was in a lot of pain after my procedure (which was expected), and they told me to come back in after hours, just so they could help me. The Doctors treat me like I was a family member; sincerely. What is even more remarkable about this practice, and this is what makes them unique, is that their front line staff- their office support, is well-trained, competent, efficient, and friendly. For example, Madeline proactively called me to help me book an appointment with their office (as opposed to going to an out of network office) which saved me time, and money because she was so well trained in her job and competent in her abilities. In addition, they seem to enjoy their job and are happy to greet patients into their office. On the practical side: the office is very clean, appointments are easy to book, the location is conveniently located, and parking is never an issue. I highly recommend them.
