This is the best dental office in Charlottesville. All of the staff are competent and helpful, and the office is clean and welcoming.

Sapon & Swisher Dental is an A+ establishment! After moving to Charlottesville, it took me a few years to find a dental office I liked and felt comfortable at. Ive been going to Sapon & Swisher for nearly a decade now, and Ive watched them grow into a newer/nicer facility, hire additional staff, and update to the best available equipment/procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Brandt, shes an excellent dentist.

I have been a loyal patient to Doctor Swisher for over a decade, however, the office experience has been declining. Dr. Swisher himself is a great dentist, however, the policies for the office are horrific. After never missing a dental appointment EVER, they canceled my most recent appointment simply because I did not confirm my appointment with them. Ive never had to confirm it before, but now they will automatically cancel your appointment if you dont confirm. I think that is horrible way to treat loyal patients who have never had issues with attendance in the past. They were also very rude to my mother-in-law recently and cant accommodate appointments in a timely manner. You will wait 8 months for your 6 month check up. If youre not an established patient, you will wait even longer. The customer service has really declined.

The doctors and staff are top notch. The offices are clean and very well run. Everyone has a smile on their face and you really get the sense that they love what they do. I live out of town and they are so great at working with my schedule to get me in and seen. I will continue to travel to see them and trust them with my smile as I have never had a better experience at a dentist.
