Dr Tricker was very confrontational with me because I would not give him my vaccine status during the Covid crazy times. His nurse also asked me to sign something on a digital signature pad but without being given a printed version so I could read what I was signing before signing it. He took offense that I didnt trust him. I had just met him. Three years later and the world is finding out about all the vaccine damage, blood clots and myocarditis. I made the right choice in not getting vaccinated and finding a new dentist

They quickly worked me in for an emergency extraction yesterday, Feb 1. The staff were pleasant and patient in getting us registered. Dr. Jackson and his team were remarkable. He listened to my preferences (no anesthesia etc) and had a very reassuring manner. The actual extraction after numbing took less than 3 minutes; no pain, just a little pressure and it was over. Now 24 hours later, it's like it never even happened. Closest thing to painless extraction you'll find.

After 3 weeks of terrible pain I was referred to and treated by Dr Jackson. He managed to do the extraction almost immediately. (wow, I could not get an emergency appointment anywhere!). Dr Jackson and all of his support staff were very friendly and professional. A special mention to the front desk who could not have been more friendly and helpful. I am grateful to everyone! My pain has already disappeared. Thank you!

The service at Central Virginia Oral and Facial Surgeons has changed drastically. I had an issue and called the Office Manager Lori to speak about it. When I was transferred to her she didnt even answer the phone introducing herself. She screamed someones name in the phone. I proceeded to ask if I was speaking to the Office Manager and in a snarky tone she says Who is this and how did you get to me? I advised her I was transferred to her and she follows with What do you need? The conversation lasted over 20 minutes. During this time Lori constantly talked over me and was very rude. When I told her about a conversation I had with a Front Desk agent she tried to dispute what I said and claimed she was present for the conversation. I asked her to verify the agent name and when she did, I advised her that was not who I spoke with at all. I asked that a receipt for a transaction be sent to me and it was never received. I even received a call back from Lori advising the transaction was being taken care of and the receipt was sent. Never received it. The following morning I sent an email to the Patient Account Manager only to receive a call from Lori. When I answered she said If you have a problem with anything, I am the one that handles that. There is nobody above me. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
