    It's our 5th BMW from BMW (formerly Crown) of Charlottesville, and the sales team did not disappoint! Donte Thomas is equal parts charming and a skilled negotiator, leaning into his sales managers to close the sale. He found me exactly what we wanted, and he deserves a 10+++++ rating!

    Very unprofessional and sketchy BMW dealership. I contacted them to get a quote for an M340i. A representative named Donate Thomas emailed me back with a quote of the price of the car which he straight up said its nonnegotiable and a forced $999 protection coating for the car plus a $749 DOC FEE!! And when I requested that these fees be removed he replied with numbers are numbers a lot of people are interested in the car. This is absolutely sketchy and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and shop at a different dealer.

    Have had a relationship with this dealership for the last few years. Theyve always treated me right but recently I took my car in for service and I got it back with all of my stuff stolen out of it. When I first alerted the service desk, they were very apologetic And thats when the communication stopped I even talked to Flow corporate and they said they would get back to me, still nothing. Stuff is only stuff and I can get that back, but the way that this was handled just ignoring the problem and not communicating a solution, or even offering one is the reason I will never use this dealership again. I dont write reviews normally but had to write this one because of how poor a theft claim has been treated with a client and how violated it makes you feel.

    2020 bmw 330i First paid oil change after our 3 year service contract ran out. Suddenly our 11,117mile bmw needs $700+ in services.... This last Oil change will be my last at Flo BMW and hope this review saves others the nightmare. Service writer (Raven Stevens) couldn't have cared less about our issues and was only interested in upcharged services. Car key has been an issue for 2 years. Brought up again that even after key battery replaced we received message on dash about battery in key dead (even though key always works) well Service writer (Raven Stevens) just had them replace battery . No change but charged me $28 for that, even though we were told 2 visits ago if issue persists key would need to be replaced ( a warranty issue) so much for platinum extended warranty coverage. Center speaker grill vibrates since the day we bought it . Grill replaced 2 visits ago. Still vibrates but now have dirty finger prints on dash. Brought up at oil change, she wasn't interested in fixing the vibration and 0 mention of it on our service papers again worthless platinum coverage. But what was important? A $189.00 "vehicle check" and a threat if i didnt pay for it they would put a warning on my dash saying i needed the service. Car has 11, 117 miles. Cars here for a complete oil change, tire rotation and inspection. What else is there to check? Well news flash, no warnings on our dash on the way out. Saved $189.00 there. And now onto the other scam. All filters needed to be changed at the tune of several hundred dollars. At 11,117 miles? Absolutely not and certainly not by this dealership unless you are willing to refinance your home for the fees. Funny enough, after the minimal services performed there were 0 recommendations needed. Big surprise. Save yourself thousands and take your bmw anywhere else . Commission based service writers are scam artists. Raven Stevens would have got us for well over $700+ for an oil change on a 330i bmw. And if a manager would like to talk to me you have our numbers.

    I've worked in customer service my working life and this dealership is in desperate need of training. The customer care/service is severely lacking, and honestly the place is dirty. I will NEVER go back to this place to purchase/sell/service a vehicle.
