I've been here at least twice. The first time it was hard to get an appointment. The second time, it wasn't as hard even though it was Mother's Day weekend. The first time I went was a better experience. The only complaint I have was that Marcela was not ready for her appointment. The second time was not a great experience, especially for my Mother's Day gift. The receptionist was left by herself and did not have much training. Also, did not understand what I wanted. For my appointment I saw Marcela again. Marcela was not acting professional. She cussed while she talked about her co-worker and manager. I also felt my appointment was rushed. Also, my $45 nails only lasted about 2 weeks. I was able to finally talk to Lauren after about a week, and she gave me a refund thankfully. Pros: Private room for your nails. Cons: Not many color options. Not consistent with how to make an appointment (busier times seems easier to get like Mother's Day for example). Nail technicians on call, so sometimes you have wait.
