        I had a 7:30 appointment this morning. Dropped the car off last night. 5 hours after the start of the appointment they still havent even looked at the car. I could have used it this morning if they werent even going to look at it for 5 hours. This is not my first negative experience with the service department. David Sloan said they were very busy and it wasnt a priority because I dropped it off and wasnt waiting with the car but it was a priority for me. Theyre doing their best to convince me not to buy another Honda.
