    Called JB Hunt and hour after my 4 hour time window ended because my delivery never showed up to my door. Turns out it was cancelled today. No phone call or respect for someone elses schedule. Now I have to wait a few more days to hopefully get my furniture and take another 4 hour window out of my schedule. Not happy.

    Dont get a Pelton the thirty days you have to return is based on the moving company they use and if its JB Hunt run!!! As much money as Pelton charges why they are using a subpar company such as JBHunt baffles me. The first time they delivered the Pelton they used power tools on the thread which is a big no no according to the manufacturer. The second time they used hand tools and damaged one of the arms and never mentioned it. That really didnt help with the issue I had of the monitor moving while walking at a 3.0 speed. So then it snows less than one inch and Stormy calls to reschedule, I ask for a later appointment and she doesnt have the right to do that and she tells me that the facility is closed. I place her on hold and call JB hunt and get offered a 2-6 appointment. At this point I feel taken advantage of and really at the mercy of JB Hunt. Not even holding the snow against them. At this point Ive taken off three days to get this RETURN done and asked them for a time after 4, our window is 2-6. Then I ask to speak with a supervisor and I speak with Chris with corporate from Arkansas who stated that they would follow policy despite having had them mess up the delivery and install. He showed no empathy and was very stern. He had no discernment for how iand what customers experienced while dealing with his company. Im not taking anything personal I get it its business. This also shows why they have only 2.8 stars however the google reviews are probably wrong because Im sure that if I could vote zero stars that is what this company would have from several other reviewers.

    We have he the worst experience of any company we have ever worked with. We ordered a peloton which was originally delivered with the box and product visibly damaged in pieces. We ordered a second one and waited a week. When the second one was delivered again it was delivered broken in pieces. We decided to give them one more try to deliver it. We waited another week for delivery between 2-6. We got a confirmation the day before that indeed our product would be delivered. We got a call before closing to tell us the product could not be delivered. We did not get any updates through the day to let us know the delivery issue and by the time we found out everyone had already gone home. The management team does not have direct contact with the facility and there is no one to contact. We have taken time off work 3 separate occasions taking time out of our vacation for this product. This company has no regard for their customers and does not seem care about their products. We are beyond disappointed and I understand this review will be left on deaf ears. If you read this do yourself a favor and try to schedule with a different company. I hope others have better luck than we have. How can a company like this still be in business is beyond me.

    Subcontracted to deliver a peloton treadmill. They broke the first one and asked if we still wanted it, said no I would like a non broken device. Delivered a second one weeks later, they said between 8am-12pm, didnt show up till 3pm, and while installing it they broke it AGAIN. Now have to wait another few weeks because they cant manage to not destroy the things they deliver.
