Rich listed our home and got us under contract within opening weekend. He is very knowledgeable about the housing industry and knows what sells. He gave us great pointers on what we needed to do to get our house to sell, and gave advice on the most cost-effective repairs and updates that we needed to make before listing our home. He's also easy to communicate with and saved us money by catching and fixing a discrepancy in the ALTA during closing that ultimately ended up saving us a few thousand! Rich has been our Realtor for 8 years. He sold us a house, sold it for us 8 yrs later and then helped find us a new one. No matter what time I need him, he always calls me back or will do anything, even if it is not related to my sale. Rich knows the market and keeps his promise. Got me 7 offers all over asking.
