Against my wifes wishes I decided to bring Patrick in on a commercial property deal. I trusted him and felt close to him. He has disappointed me and broke my heart. I dont wish what we went through on anyone. He does not work on commercial properties and he never thought to seek advice from a senior person in his office. By the time my wife reached out to his higher up at sampson realties, it was too late, Patrick had already made a mess of everything. Now we have to spend our holiday season filing a complaint with DPOR and consulting with lawyers. I hope he pays for what he has done. A very disappointed client.

We have worked with Patrick on 3 properties. We had to go to court after our first purchase and now we are headed to court again. Patrick is abusive and has no knowledge on commercial real estate, but decided to take on the job and completely destroy our deal in the process. If I spoke up when something was wrong, he would call me hostile, I am not a yes man. My husband was nothing but polite with this man, but he would call him make threats and hang up on him. He is disrespectful to women and immigrants with limited communication skills. We are in the process of filing a law suit for mis representation of a property against Patrick and the listing agent. We are also filing an ethics complaint with DPOR. If he calls my husband or I and yells, threatens us and hangs up the phone( his usual fashion), I will come back and update this post. I will also be recording my conversations with him and saving his unprofessional rude text messages to support my complaint with DPOR. Stay away. He is a parasite.

Working with Mr Patrick and Evan was a great experience. Communication was easy. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. Documents were received promptly. The whole process was quick and easy. I am very happy doing business with Patrick and I will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and I sure will use PSA Homes again in the near future
