Lan was very attentive to rhe process of getting our home sold quickly. She anticipated and overcame several obstacles that other agents would likely have missed (we were out of state sellers) and she was good at communication and explaining everything to us. We ended up with a closing sales price much higher than our asking price even before it went to market. Much of this success is due to her ability to negotiate and to see problems before they occur, which I relate to her experience in real estate transactions.

My roommate and I used Lan to find housing June 2022. We told her what we were looking for and she had a list of properties to us the same day. She made the entire process extremely easy and kept us in the loop at all times. Lan was easy to reach by phone and email which was very helpful. We definitely would not have found a place this fast without Lan. I would recommend Lan for anyone in need of realty services in the Northern Virginia area.

In 2019 my husband and I decided we wanted to start looking into moving and through a reccommendation of a close family friend, we were introduced to Lan. Even though we weren't sure if we were going to go through with a move, Lan did an entire presentation for us and took the time to answer all of our questions. We ended up deciding not to move and Lan was very understanding. Fast forward to March 2023, we suddenly had to relocate for a job and Lan was the 1st person to come to mind! This time however, we had a rather difficult task for her. We needed to sell our home in under a month, with both my husband and I living out of state for 80% of the time. Lan went to work immediately and we were able to sell our home for over asking price and just in time. Throughout the entire stressful process, she kept us updated and we never had a problem reaching her. As this was our first time selling a home, she made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, thorough, detailed oriented and a delight to work with! She made recommendations for renovations to our home but we never felt pressured to agree to anything. We believe her recommendations ended up being what sold the house for a great price! Even after the sale was long completed, Lan has kept in touch and has become a good friend to us! We will definitely be going to her in the future for any homebuying/homeselling needs!

Lan was a tremendous help for me and my husband with finding a rental in a time crunch! We had 2 weeks to find a place down in Virginia, while temporarily living in Massachusetts. She helped us with finding many different rental properties, then scheduling video showings with us and then gave us great advice when putting in the applications. We had some minor communication issues with the property manager and the rental property, but Lan was there every step of the way to help. She contacted and followed up constantly with the property manager and kept us up to date on everything. She even helped with the move-in inspection checklist and was willing to assist us with a scheduled cleaning conflict. Truly truly above and beyond quality service. She was always transparent with what she could or couldnt do, if there were any issues and was always willing to give great advice and help where she could. She was very responsive and clearly cared about helping us find a great place! Im truly grateful to Lan! If it wasnt for her reaching out and offering her assistance (I didnt even know renters could use realtors!), we absolutely would not have found the place we did and would have had a much bigger headache without her. I would 150% recommend her for others who are renting or buying in Virginia!
