I left my vehicle for regular maintenance and AC repair. I was told the same day that I need a refrigerant recharge and evac. I refused the AC service and told them to change only oil and filters and I would pay the inspection fee for AC. The other day I got a call from them and been told that THEY HAD TO make the recharge. I didnt say anything because my AC was working as they told me. I made the payment. When I pick up my car I realized that the AC was not working. I dropped my car again and they told me that there is a leakage at the condenser and they offered me to change it. I declined the service and asked about the payment done for refrigerant recharge. They told me there is nothing to do. As a result I payed $490 for a refrigerant that blowed away from a leaking condenser. I definitely wont use their service again. The plus things were the shuttle service and kind words at all. Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Failed to complete the service overpaid for. Had to go back and have them compete it. I don't have time for this garbage in my life.

I had a coupon for their winter service, which was a bargain. Fast service while I waited. KEVIN BEASLEY, the service advisor, got my car inspected during this time. He thankfully didn't try to sell me some flush job or other up-sale job. That's a blessing.
