Montgomery Irrigation

I want to thank Montgomery Irrigation for coming out in a emergency yesterday 2/10 with my irrigation system leaking. They were able to squeeze me into a same day appointment. The technician Farmin who came out was very professional and detailed on his explanation on the source of the issue. Unfortunately it was getting dark so he came back the next day morning on 2/11 with his crew to dig at the source of the problem. They were able to find a bad valve, replace it put new piping. My water is back on and I am happy. Thank you Montgomery Irrigation! Update: Changing rating to 2/5. The valves went bad after a few months. I had to repay another contractor to get everything fixed again. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I would highly recommend Montgomery Irrigation. We purchased a house that had an irrigation system and they took the time to walk us through the system, how to program it, and showed me the different zones. This company was responsible for servicing my irrigation system in the winter and spring. After spring service, I discovered my valves were cracked, which is something they should have prevented, if properly winterized and discovered while performing spring service. Also, they replaced my sprinkler heads and dial, but could not locate one of the irrigation zones in the ground. I called someone else to fix everything that this company should have been able to do. I don't recommend anyone to do business with them.

We hired Montgomery Irrigation based on the recommendation of our top-notch landscape design company. The employees are knowledgeable and care about their work. Montgomery Irrigation has been accommodating, helpful, and professional, and I look forward to working with them more in the future!

We have been loyal Montgomery Irrigation customers for more than ten years and have recommended Montgomery to many others. Their technicians, particularly Dave, who we always ask for by name, are the very best. As an example, Dave went out of his way during our winterization service one year to help locate a "long lost" sprinkler head that had been choked off by some tree root growth. Just this past Fall, he helped loosen a couple Toro valves for me. Montgomery's technicians are always on time (if not early!), and have taken time to get to know not only our home irrigation system, but as importantly, to also make us feel like a valued customers. Their office staff, particularly Rachel and more recently Shannon, are especially friendly, helpful, and service-focused. They are all true professionals with really positive attitudes who really know their business and I would recommend them to anyone with sprinkler system or irrigation needs. Thanks for continued the great "above and beyond" and NEVER disappointing service again this past year!
