Bath & Kitchen Works

This is the second project Bath & Kitchen Works has done for us. Both were outstanding from concept to completion. As far as we are concerned, theres absolutely NO OTHER company we would consider for remodeling projects in our home. The finished results are beyond our expectations. The professional treatment we received from your employees is a rarity these days. Project manager was outstanding, he patiently guided us through the whole process and was our constant cheerleader. In fact, the very first time we visited your showroom and up until the final inspection, we were treated as if we were your only customer.

Not open during hours. The inside looked sparse like they were going out of business.

There is a reason they are the lesser expensive option.  Proceed with caution.  First, there were 2 instances where they had to cover a mistake and/or redo. The redo was on tile that the chipped while cutting and instead of cutting again, used the chipped tile. They replaced it but only after I complained. Another issue was that they asked for more money after we agreed on a price and they started. The job was completed to my satisfaction so I am happy to overlook a couple of hiccups. However, the issue has now been warranty. I have an issue with a cabinet door bubbling. I had the work done in April 2018, the issue was noticed in Oct 2018. As of July 2019, there is no resolution and they stopped responding.  The cabinet manufacturer rep also says they had no account with this company so who knows how they got the cabinets.  The company also changed its name recently.
