I have been with National General Commercial Auto Insurance for nine years. My policy was bought from Dominion Eagle Insurance over two years ago and I was never notified, by either agent. My insurance documents still show Dominion Eagle as my agent. Two weeks ago, I sent a request to the agent to remove a vehicle from my policy and today I sent a follow up email because the vehicle is still showing on my policy. Instead of an apology (because I have proof that my email request was sent), the agent replied that he never got a request. So far, I am not happy with this new agent.
Edited - Added another star: My policy was corrected, but I am still not happy that it has been two years of paying for an insurance policy and the agent who took over my policy never reached out to inform me of this change. They are not even local to me like my previous agent. My paperwork still shows the previous agent.
