I have had my insurance with Coverage Inc and Erie for more than 5 years. I recently hit a deer and suffered damage to my truck. I called my agent who made it easy by taking the necessary information on the call. The Erie claims representative called and emailed quickly and recommended multiple approved auto body shops. I picked one and left my truck with them. They handled the estimate, received approval from Erie, and fixed my truck in less than 2 weeks! I thought it would take longer and parts may be delayed; definitely not the case. They did an awesome job! My agent followed up to make sure I had a good experience. Thank you Coverage Inc and Erie, job well done!!!
