The service was impeccable starting with a phone consultation that brought us calm and information to the hectic house, then to the confidence of scheduling a visit, to the professionalism and care taken to perform a thorough inspection and removal. We truly appreciate how helpful everyone with Lice Happens was for our family and how much they truly cared to answer all questions and make sure we felt at ease.

I will say that the people we spoke with were extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, it didn't work. They try and sell you on a lot of their products and then after they do the treatment you have to do 2 more weeks of basic treatment. We still found bugs 2-3 weeks later. This was expensive and in the end just didn't work. Found the heat treatment for lice to be much better.

Thank you so much for having the company like that. Jen was so sweet and made the whole process so easy and comfortable for my daughter. This is a life saver for parents and kids. Jen took care of everything , explained all the process and left detailed instructions. In no time we can go back to our normal lives . Can not thank you enough and even better she came right to my house such as was just amazing. Can not thank you enough!!! Highly recommend!
