Ned Stevens did a good job cleaning my gutters. POSITIVES: 1. crew showed up within the timeframe agreed 2. Very efficient - cleaned 2-story house gutters within an hour (crew pulled out larger pieces and used something like a power washer to blast out the rest (glad I didnt install gutter guard) 3. Crew used safety harness on the roof 4. Accessed roof from one point - so no visible damage to extensive plantings. 6. Left area around house without debris except parking apron (see below) NEGATIVES: 1. Did not notify me they were arriving within timeframe agreed 2. Some of the debris blown out of gutters landed on the roof which came down on my parking apron for the following 3 days. OVERALL: good service - signed up for annual plan Service: Rooftop/skylight cleaning

ALWAYS VERY professional and courteous service. I have used them for 18 months for Gutter Cleaning and Mosquito and Tick treatment. They do a great job of cleaning the gutters on the front of the house as well as those on the back porch. They also clean the porch and shed roofs until they are spotless and sparkling. On their first visit, both roofs were thickly and completely covered with red cedar fronds from the overhanging tree, so removing all the plant material took about 20 minutes, but they didn't charge me any extra. Also, before their visits, they send a reminder email to turn on the water to my outdoor hose, very helpful in the winter and early spring. Their Mosquito and Tick treatment service is equally thorough. They do a wonderful job. I was home when they performed the first service. The technician let me know he'd arrived, asked if I had any questions or concerns. He also let me know when he was leaving. The yard is about 85% Mosquito free, and 100% Tick free. However, the huge upside to a having a few mosquitos is there has been no loss of pollinators or birds, unlike other companies who completely wipe out all pollinators and other beneficial insects. When I called to set up each service, the operators thoroughly explained the services available from Ned Stevens, helped me choose the best plan for me, sent me emails with the service schedules and prices. Even though I'm on the pre-paud plan, they email an invoice every time they perform a service. They also send customer satisfaction surveys. Within one business day, and usually within one hour of my completing the survey, they follow up on concerns with a phone call from a real person, who takes my comments seriously, even if it's a small matter. I wish I had known about their services years ago. Their efficiency and great services make my life a lot easier.
