Custom Floor & Design

I had stair runners installed in my townhome today from Custom Floor. I had a great experience working with Benny at the store and this review is not a reflection of that experience. While the installation team arrived on time and completed their job adequately I found them unprofessional. After they departed, I noticed they had used my basement bathroom for their business causing it to back up. I've had issues with this bathroom in the past and if they had been courteous enough to ask me ahead of time I would have guided them to a different restroom. I realized after they left but one of them blocked my access to the basement and kept watch while the other did his business. While Benny has apologized, I would recommend homeowners take adequate measures when letting their installers in to your home. Not to be trusted.

Mr. Park was incredibly professional and his team ensured that all my concerns were addressed. He covered my vents and windows before refinishing my floors and the result was incredible. Thank you!

Our wood floor was damaged and warped by a leaking dishwasher. Custom Floor and Design did an excellent job removing the damaged planks and replaced the damaged section with matching wood floor. Its impossible to tell where the old floor ends and the replaced floor begins. Thanks!

I had Luxury Vinyl Plank installed to replace hardwood. The customer service rep, Chris Hovan, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The four installers were very knowledgeable and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves as they went along. I was also very impressed by how meticulous they were about installing the trimming and making sure everything fit perfectly and they finished the job in 2 days. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Their price was also very competitive. I would recommend Custom Floor & Design to anyone.
