LT Bowden installed my new construction homes community's doorbells. Its now two years later and dozens of doorbells don't work. When our builder suggested contacting the installer, LT Bowden, Sasha was no help - actually yelled at me when I asked for a group deal. When I had another electrician come out he said it was the transformer but that the transformer was not located where it should be and he could not find it. He suggested I call the installer to ask where it is located. Sasha again yelled at me when I called and said it was not her "wheel house" ie not her problem. She then yelled more and I hung out. Terrible terrible customer service and obviously not good work if all our doorbells stopped working!
