        Our appointment was 8:30. Got there early but we had to wait more than 15 minutes before they help us. Not even an apology that they are running late.

        Our first visit with our pandemic baby - we expected it to be a challenge. Pierre (hygienist) was amazing with our little guy - blowing up balloons, offering toys, showing him toothpaste. He just wasnt having it. Dr. Brillo and the team were completely understanding and never made us feel embarrassed as we all worked through the behavior. The outcome? A successful brushing, flossing, and visit for our little guy. Cant thank this team enough - we will definitely be making this our primary dentist.
