Ordered a crib with my wife 6 months ago and still have not received it. I have called multiple times and they never call me.... Unfortunate.

Very knowledgeable staff. Had all the top brands of cribs recommended in the Baby Bargain Book. Quick delivery of the furniture.

We ordered and paid in full our baby furniture (crib, dresser with changing part, night stand and toddler conversion set) at the end of July. Baby was born in September. Everything but the conversion set arrived at the end of the year after numerous phone calls to the store asking for the status. Its now been 9 months since we ordered/paid for the set and we have yet to receive the conversion kit. Again, we made several attempts and were told BS answers. The latest one was this past Monday, I called again asking where my conversion kit was b/c 2 weeks ago I was told it was being driven up from the warehouse in NJ. Monday they told me they were fedexing it to me. Well, its now Friday, and we have yet to receive it. Basically they told me that BS answer just to shut me up. I called again today and was told the lady in the office was going to be driving it out to me (we live in MD) from VA b/c they didn't want to ship it b/c it was heavy wood. Definitely will be considering other baby furniture store options if we decide to have baby # 2. I LOVE the furniture style we picked just not so much the customer service.

I was so impressed with the customer service at this store! I highly recommend them. They were so helpful explaining everything to us. We are first time soon-to-be parents and so clueless on crib or carseat safety. The sales staff was friently, low pressure and beyond knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!
