Great customer service! Brothers Automotive did an outstanding job replacing my brake pads and rotors at a reasonable price. I appreciate that they gave me a price and did not attempt to up charge. Honest, fast, friendly, AND my brakes are safe! Yay! Brothers for the win!

My experience was terrible dealing with Brother's Automotive. First, I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning and when I arrived, the doors were closed. It was around 8:15 when they finally opened the doors. Next, they treated me like a walk-in as if I was an inconvenience. At 8:30 they took in my 2019 Silverado to check my climate control module because it wasn't turning on. After 5 minutes, they determined it was the module itself which needed replacing. The lady at the front was nice but never followed through with sending me a quote - which thank God - because I got a second opinion at Craftsman Auto and they diagnosed a bad fuse in the passenger footwell. Craftsman Auto replaced the fuse and the climate control was working again. Thankfully, I did not continue with Brother's Automotive because they would have charged me for parts and labor that wasn't the root cause of the issue. Overall, the customer service was okay despite their lack of sending me the quote. They rushed my vehicle and misdiagnosed the issue which would have wasted hundreds of dollars. The only positive is that I was not charged for the 5 minutes of checking my vehicle but I would have much rather paid if it meant conducting a more thorough and accurate diagnostic. I do not recommend.
