Poor customer service experience-after being told to be there today at 9 am to take my car for routine service-mechanic still not onsite at 10 am to even begin job. If I had dropped car off this would not be a problem, but as I live 45 min away and am without alternate transportation and mechanic knows this and that I sit for duration of service in small front office with no amenities while waiting -pretty unacceptable to be chastised when I ask an hour later if and when mechanic will actually arrive to begin service. Was ultimately told to leave and come back at a better time -to be clear-the date and time was set by mechanic-not me.

I took my Nissan Versa 2008 because my rear reverse light was not working. Morty took care of it in a matter of 20 minutes and charged me a reasonable price vs other providers that were trying to charge me 6 times what Morty charged me. 100% recommended! Service: Electrical repair
