James at Chantilly sold and installed new headlights for my 2016 Toyota Camry. He was friendly, courteous and professional and even told me which ones I needed. I couldnt ask for better service!

I walk in and wait in front of the register to be assisted, two men , one AT the register saw me standing there, two men in the store and no one acknowledged me or anything. He even took a phone call as im STANDING right in front of them. I finally say is anyone going to help me? To which one man says gives us one moment, we see you so IF YOU SEE ME WHY NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME!? Smh just walked out and went across the street to advance auto parts. If you dont want to provide basic customer service dont work in a service based industry
