Get ready to wait and wait forever. Even when you get there you will have to wait for the sever to bring you water.
The restaurant was empty when we got there and we should know better when you see an empty restaurant. Not coming back

Building amenities are nice but that isn't enough to make this a great apartment building. The building is poorly managed. The people in the front office are poor at communicating when things are closed/not working or any other issues. Also, some of the people in the front office can be very rude and dismissive of tenant concerns. The building maintenance people are also lacking. I have had to put multiple work orders in for the same issue because they claim to fix something when they haven't.

Bailee has been here the entire time we have been residents and we are on our 3rd renewal! She has assisted us the entire time and I have been more than pleased with her level of professionalism and responsiveness. Always nice to know you live in a place where the people are willing to help. Great place to be!!! Thanks Bailee!

The staff here are very slow to respond and act, and they don't keep their promises.
I'm so disappointed in the staff.
Never believe what the staff says.
We waited for more than a week to get in touch with each other, but they didn't end up answering, they called and visited the office, but even though they were working, they told us to visit tomorrow, saying that today is not a working day. I visited the next day, but the staff didn't take care of the work.
It's the worst.

Living at The Preserve is such a breeze! Bailee and Mick are super helpful at the front office and always quick to answer any issues i have. Amenities at The Preserve are amazing and really make you feel like youre living in luxury. Also super thankful for the maintenance team-Sammy and Davalon, always so quick to help & super kind :) 100% recommend living at The Preserve
