    First of all, this apartment complex doesn't even deserve a star. The apartment looks clean and nice, but they don't care after you sign a lease. (You can read the other 1-2 star reviews, and it all says the same thing.) Preserve at Westfields admitted that they knew about the faulty washer that was in the unit that caused part of the unit to flood (15-20ft length wise of water). They are refusing to take responsibility for it and will not terminate the lease, which started on 3/31. They are charging my friend almost $9,000 if he wants to terminate his lease. The property manager, Kareena, said that it's still "livable", which is ridiculous. They put a dehumidifier in the unit for 24 hours and called it a repair. Even a water restoration company said that it should be in the unit for at least 48 hours before you can check the floors again. A call to Mick, the regional manager, didn't resolve anything either. No one should be allowed to dictate whether or not a place is livable. How is a place livable if you can't even access your entire house? Also, i'm sure Kareena and Mick don't want to deal with it because it's not their house. I sure wouldn't want a dehumidifier blasting in my brand new apartment, and constantly have to worry about the possibility of mold in my unit. Just stay away from this place...

    Lived here for about a year while searching for a house. Living there was ok but could only imagine dealing with them if things were not perfect. Almost a year after moving out they sent me a bill for 40 bucks and in the same sentence threatened to send me to collections if not paid within 15 days ( Via email ). Paid the same day but will leave it for you to take the risk of dealing with this type of property management. Oh yeah, the fire alarms frequently going off, sprinklers flooding stairways, kids smoking weed in stairways, and reckless drivers in the garage were always a plus!

    Horrible experience, property admitted to knowing installing a faulty washer unit that caused the front half of the apartment to flood, seeping under the LVP flooring, drywall and leaking down to the first floor. Property is saying unit is livable and will not offer lease termination as laid out in the contract due to unlivable conditions but claiming livable. Property also enters the unit unlawfully without notice. Two days of the property team entering the unit with no contact or reasoning.
