        Issue was water heater pressure relieve vale was dripping and flooding basement. Diagnosis was main pressure control valve was faulty and water heater was 11 yrs old. Tech scheduled service for following morning. Job done satisfactorily within 3 hours. Technicians were knowledgeable, quick and professional.
