I am an adult patient who has been with Dr Fillipone for a little over 1 year. My kids were treated by him years ago so I knew he does great work. So far I am very pleased with his work and staff. My teeth look really great. Jenn worked out a convenient contract with me, no interest or late fees and broken up over 24 months, and my insurance is paying part of the cost. Thanks for working with me.

I wish I would’ve known before taking my child here. Don’t trust them at all. It’s a long story but please research before. Those 5 stars seem like a lie. I agree with the other person’s review of only 1... exactly what they described. This has been 2 painful years and I feel like I’m stuck. They don’t call to follow up, if you are not on top they won’t make appointments and will still charge you. On top, my kid said doc was rough when working and seemed annoyed. He was fine at the beginning but then started changing. Of course! Nice until you sign the contract.

As other reviews mentioned, he is rude to patients and he is very rude to the staff. My teeth also look the same after wearing braces and going here for a couple of years.

I can’t express how amazing this office is. I’ve been bringing my son here since he was 7 and he is now 13. He had severe crowding, impactions and what seemed like the whole nine yards in the dental world. The staff is very friendly and basically treat you like family. I’m very surprised by the negative reviews that were out on here because I’ve never experienced any of this. I’ve gone back with my son every appointment when he was younger but now that he’s older he doesn’t want me to. He loves socializing with the staff and especially the doctor. Jenn and Karin at the front are always so welcoming when u come in the door and always asking how everything is going and how the family is doing. I practically feel Iike they are part of my family. If your looking for a great office for your orthodontic needs this is the office to go to. I’ve recommended friends and family that have started treatment and are thankful I sent them there.
