        This location has dropped off a lot. The taste is still fine in my opinion but the service is lacking. I order drinks to-go, I picked them up and noticed they were damp, which is fine since they wipe them down after making. However, when I got to my car and took a closer look, I realized my drinks were covered in spilled milk tea, they hadn't bothered to wipe the drinks down after making them. If it was a busy time, it's excusable, but there were zero customers when I walked in, meaning it was just lazy service.

        The place is clean, the staff is friendly, but the drink I paid for $9 is just overpriced. I still prefer TeaDM in fairfax for a great bubble tea treat.
