Eastern Shore Communications

Service has been out since 7pm sat. 11/10, called both north carolina and eastern shore telephone numbers. The NC number hang-up when selecting technical help. The va. Number says neubeam service ??? and transfers you too.Kansas ??? We had on going issues since installation in April 2023. Customer service is awful

This is the WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! We have not had internet for a week and they keep giving us the run around. Told us today a technician came out but did have equipment to get on the roof. What technician goes out without a ladder all antenna's are on the roof's. Bunch of lies no one came out. Now it's Friday and they are telling me I have to wait until Monday and oh well nothing they can do. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The best Phone and Internet services i ever had dont have to worry about the phone or internet going out when it rain or snow.....and the people that works for them that i came in connect with weather if the man hook me up or the lady over the phone have been nothing but nice to me since i join in November....such respectable people...Proud to be in service with Eastern Shore Commutations.....

Horrible experience today with Shannon C. Moyano Customer Support Manager!! We had requested service from this company a week ago. The first technician came Across as nice and friendly. But he wanted to setup service that was convenient and easy for him. Which was wireless. Our home is setup for hardwire. The guy went upstairs to the main panel and said he would have to go through the garage. He then said it would be easier to do it downstairs and he would just have to drill a hole and put it through the jack. Well we couldnt setup our desktop. Call customer service Sharon scheduled an appointment for another guy to come out. He came out on the 10th with another guy and all he did was move the router that we had to purchase from them upstairs. Spoke with Zach this morning very nice guy he said he would have someone to call. No one called. So I called back 1:50-2pm spoke with Sharon who became very rude and disrespectful. She told me its not their job to hardwire even after I told her serval times that our home is already hardwired we are not connecting to their internet service that we purchased from them. She kept yelling maam and didnt want to listen to me. I advised her Im 9 months pregnant and was not going to keep telling them how to do their job and that she wasnt listening to me. She said I was doing a bad job of explaining. I got loud with her and hung up the phone. We cancelled our service because she tried to blame the builders of our home for us not getting internet connections instead of listening to what was done by her employees. Plus she was so rude. They wanted us to be wireless instead of us hooking up our other devices. Got to be a family own business to be a customer service manager and that rude.
