Dr. Robertson is top notch. He explained every step of the procedure for my implant and made me very comfortable. Jeff and Sarah also went above and beyond to guide me through. All and all a great experience

The care provided by Dr. Steven Robertson, his assistant Jeff, and Christine (in the office) was nothing short of outstanding. They patiently answered all of my questions before my surgery, gave detailed instructions as to what to do and what to expect after the surgery, and made several phone calls to me afterwards to check on me and see if I had any post-op concerns. It was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Robertson and his staff for anyone requiring oral surgery, particularly for complex issues requiring Dr. Robertsons high-level expertise. - Bruce Slawter

Fairfax Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is the place to go if you need dental surgery. I had Dr. Robertson and his team do implants many years ago, and their work is solid and long lasting. I care about three things: high-quality, durable results; lack of pain; and reasonable costs. Since November, my latest dental adventure included several extractions, bone grafts, replacing an ancient bridge with implants and a new bridge, and a sinus lift (surgery to build up the jawbone where it's too thin). Dr. Robertson, Sarah, Jeff, and Jada will make sure you are never in pain--with local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to make the experience even better than just no-pain. They offer general anesthesia, too, but then you need a ride home. They explain all the procedures as they work, and they make sure you go home with plenty of information, antibiotics, and pain killers, and Christine is a master at working with my dental insurance plan to keep the costs lower and reasonable. Dr. Robertson even called me in November and again last night, both times after surgery and while I was taking a nighttime walk around my neighborhood, in NO PAIN, to make sure I was feeling OK and to answer any questions. So, if, like me, your concerns are high-quality and durable results from experts, no pain, and manageable costs, these are the expert people you want.
