Thank you for your review, but I think your version and our version is a bit different. If you indeed contacted us like a respectful customer of course we would either refund your money or remake your food - customer satisfaction is always priority. What transpired between you and my staff was not so. First of all - you ordered Pad Thai and called the restaurant saying that your food was wrong that it was plain and complaining about the quality of the dish and questioning how we prep it. She (the Manager on Duty) explained to you that we make our dish by order - and your response was “Well this Sh!t is Fu$k!ng bland” and demanded a mgr. She informed to pls hold because she had other customers in front of you - after she placed you on hold and came back on the phone to discuss your concerns you then proceeded to berate her and accused her of NOT being the MOD - saying “what the hell do you think I am, trying to be a different person” and continued to cuss and berate her, she then told you she is going to hang up and you can call back after you can talk to her like a civilized human. And she hung up. Then a few mins later you came into the restaurant - greeted by another staff member and told her “to go get the manager, the little black girl”. At this point - feeling threatened she called me (the owner) and I was on the phone with her and telling her to just give you your refund so you can go about your night. I am witness in hearing your tone, your condescending words, and foul language. For you to be a grown adult man to come and berate young ladies who is just trying to work is inexcusable. Her reaction is towards your actions - and we can just take so much abuse. Of course we would do all to make our customers happy - remake their food, give refunds, etc. But we will never tolerate any disrespect towards our staff.
