I have been renting a storage unit for over two years and the Manger Tony she is absolutely amazing and wonderful and very professional at what she does I live over 12 hours away and she makes sure that everything is good with my unit and is very sweet every time that I call to pay on my unit I would not go anywhere else because you don't get that good of costumer service anywhere else

This place is absolutely infested with mice/ roaches. Theyve had several customers lose hundreds of Dollars worth of items, they lay traps out but it still doesnt help the fact. I worked here for a year and a half the issue still hasnt been fixed. For the people that had issues trying to get ahold of someone over Toni, youll have to call Susan at Saticoy Self storage in California. But honestly doubt speaking to her will do anything they honestly do not care about anyone but what money they can make.

Bristol Downtown Storage is the place to go! Amazing customer service. And Ive been renting a unit for months and never encountered bugs/mice anything. Ive never had to worry about my things! I know they maintain pest control Ive seen the spray guys there more than once and also that was the first question I asked before choosing to rent a unit there. So check them out!

I have rented a unit in this facility for well over a year. My previous storage facility was infested with mice. So I had to move. Downtown Storage in Bristol Tennessee is an extremely clean indoor storage facility. I have never seen mice or mice droppings there and I have been to my unit in the mornings, afternoons and at closing time. Once the manager, Toni, asked me to check my unit for any evidence of mice as she had discovered a unit full of food items. She asked me to please let her know if I saw any evidence of a mouse and she would promptly take care of it. Fortunately, I never did and believe me I looked through my entire unit. I can certainly see why mice would seek out such a smorgasbord. What were those people thinking? Please don't store food in your unit where ever you rent. I thought the office manager acted responsibly and showed concern for her storage facility renters. That's why I like it there. You can feel comfortable about your items in storage when you have such a proactive manager and staff. Thanks!
