I had problems with toliet not flushing every time, even plain water.Thete came promptly, seemed nice, installed a repair kit in my tank. The next day same issue. Called them back. They came and acted like I was a liar. After a few flushes, did it again. They said they don't do anything major and did not even attempt to use a snake!! Needless to say they weren't happy when I told them I was not going to pay them again just for standing in my bathroom and doing nothing. ( I had already paid them for kit and labor I didn't need). Don't be deceived by so-called nice people. Everyone is nice until they get your money. I had to call a licensed professional plumber to unclog my pipe. If you want simple minor repairs that you could probably do yourself and these people are for you. The father is teaching his son how to do it so I don't think neither one of them is license I'm not sure but I would not waste my time or money on them Service: Toilet repair
