      image I basically knew what I wanted before going into the store. The saleslady let us look on our own for awhile. When I confirmed what I wanted, she came over to us and answered any questions I had.
      Very pleasant visit with no hassles. Ordered the chair I wanted.
      It was very cold in the store!
