        STAY AWAY AT ALL COST Horrifying experience. They call themselves GENTLE. FAR FROM IT . THEY Didn't NUMB ME UP ENOUGH THEN SAID ITS JUST PRESSURE. I WAS IN EXTREME PAIN THE DENTIST WOULDNT STOP.LEFT PIECES OF TOOTH IN MY MOUTH AFTER EXTRACTION IN EXTREME PAIN ALL NEEDED WAS A REAL DENTIST.ALSO HIS LONG HAIR ON HIS ARM WAS STICKING IN MY MOUTH. THEY ARE RUDE AND THATS IF U EVER GET AHOLD OF ANYONE THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. HAD AN APPOINTMENT DENTIST WAS STUCK IN ANOTHER COUNTRY WITH COVID SO MUCH FOR HIM BEING SAFE AND THAT WAS FIRST APPOINTMENT. THEY CANT KEEP STAFF Obvioisly they don't like the environment either.

        I had a tooth extraction done and was super duper nervous about it, the dental hygienist was amazing (I didnt catch her name) she kept me super calm and talked to me the entire time. Told me everything that was going to happen and when it was happening. Besides the pressure and all the noises that you hear it was a good experience on a bad situation. Im thankful for Gentle family and them being so kind to me!

      We always try to get all the current patients that’s having an dental emergency the same day, however that’s not always possible . We do always get them in within a 24-48 period and put them on our sooner if possible list should we have any patient that has to cancel their appointment.Sincerely,Gentle Family Dentistry
