        Terrible, mismanaged company. No wonder they cant keep their stores open. They also have the most ignorant and entitled customer base ever. They all deserve each other.

        My Dell computer crashed following a recent Windows 10 update and I was very fortunate to find good repair service at the Bristol Office Depot. I brought the computer to the store, which is appropriately set up for COVID. Jeremy ran the diagnostics and advised the rest route to take. He had it back in action for me the next day, and it is running better than it did before the crash. This is a great relief!
