The MGN is a great company that does nothing but try to help people its employees personally and professionally. I have nothing but respect for this whole crew (even people who play the victim and blame others for their shortcomings and why they are struggling) MGN is for those whose look to better themselves not wallow in self pity. Yes this job helped me come out of my comfort zone and build more confidence. But I was treated very poorly and reprimanded. Felt very uncomfortable around the co-workers and felt very pressured in what I did. I even had a day when I cried I hated the job. You don't get reimbursed for miles or gas and the pay is very low. The management don't call people out but they do. They literally tell people when we meet that if you aren't progressing to the next level after one or two months working with them then you are wasting their time and your time. Are you freakin kidding me? You are calling people out and making them look bad. If you're upset they try to get into your personal life and ask you all these questions. It's not their business. Good Lord!!! If they ask you about what you wanna do with your life, don't answer. They will literally stab you in the back and report your answer to the boss. I've learned from experience! Some co-workers literally harass you and think you're lying and not doing your hardest when you're out in the field. Dude, I'm trying my hardest okay, get off my back and shut up! Moral of the story is don't go to work there if you read what is on the website and what they tell you at the interview. It is so deceiving and it is nothing good. Run away!!! I don't care who sees this post. I already quit!
