        Room had a bad patch job on roof leak, frayed carpet, broken garbage disposal, light bulbs out, dishes were still in the dishwasher from previous tenant. Hotel staff is friendly and attentive though.

        The layout of the King 1 bedroom suite is perfect. Unfortunately, it appeared that our room had a leak from above at one point and hadn't been repaired. The sink also had a slow drain. But other than that the room was great. Newer property with a good location. The front desk staff that checked us in Saturday afternoon was super friendly. Wish I remembered her name. Would stay here again and hopefully there won't be any deferred maintenance.
