Best gym in RVA. Whether youre looking for personal training, martial arts, boxing, sports massage and recovery services, they have it all!! All the trainers have unique strengths to help you reach your fitness goals. Great friendly environment where you feel like family! I highly recommend checking it out.

Been training with Coach DARR since January and he is the best! Nice Christian man that knows what he is doing to coach and guide you in your fitness goals. SMTF is the nicest gym that I have ever been in. Very clean and excellent equipment.
