called to try and get my system alarm and pump shut off. Assured me they would be out Friday and never showed. Even called them and left a voice-mail at 3:37 asking what time they would be out. Figured since they hadn't shown that day maybe they would be out Saturday during their normal business hours yet again they never showed. I would strongly recommend calling cubbage instead

DTS is a superior company to use for your septic issues. We had an emergency with our pump system and they were extremely responsive and resolved our issues within 24 hours of contact with them. Dylan is very knowledgeable and provided insight on possible solutions to our issues and his experience of the products gave us the ability to make an informed decision on our repairs. Dylan Stewart is A-MA-ZING!!! My wife and I recently purchased a wooded/undeveloped lot south of Round Hill, VA. It was a MESS: burned out remnants of an older home, trash scattered everywhere on the property, and a dysfunctional well and septic system. Dylan and his DTS crew have COMPLETELY transformed that eyesore into an exciting build opportunity for us--in RECORD time!!! Trash cleared; condemned house removed; scrub/trees completely cleared; soil assessment, septic system perk approvals (and Health Department permits) completed; well drilled, capped, and ready for use; and more--MUCH more! Our Builder was equally AMAZED at what he accomplished in the time that he did. Can't WAIT for him to install the septic system and maintain it for us: For-e-VER!!! Dylan is the MAN. No nonsense, straightforward problem solver. He walked in our backyard and in 30 seconds knew where my septic tank, distribution box and drain field were located. Took another guy 30 minutes to figure out the same thing. Dylan located our problem quickly, grabbed his shovel dug up and uncovered the distribution box, made an adjustment, and is coming next week to repair that line now that it is drained and dry. I was surprised by his obvious expertise and his quick work, which isn't exactly the hallmark of contractors that are generally paid by the hour. It was clear he just wanted to get the job done and wasn't going to try to milk it for more money. That was a breath of fresh air, which is ironic given he's the septic system dude. He's my go-to for all things septic from now on, can't recommend highly enough. Service: Sewer repair
