No one will answer the phone and you will get put on hold for damn near 30-40 minutes. They will also forget to send your medication to your pharmacy. One star

I recently went in with a friend during her visit and I was impressed. The staff was friendly and Dr. Bowling was great. She answered all of my friends questions patiently and was just as friendly as could be. The wait time was short as well. I liked it so much that I chose to make an appointment for my self as well!

I have been going to this place for years. The service up to a couple years ago was satisfactory because they didn't seem overrun with patients. But at my last check up I ended up being last before lunch and it seemed rushed and some concerns were never addressed. They don't follow up with questions from previous visits like they don't bother to look at your chart. The last visit was a work-in on a Friday for a sick visit. They are scheduled to close at noon. I was there before 9 and wasn't seen by the nurse practitioner until around 11. I was diagnosed with a stomach bug, which I had had 2 days and was feeling terrible having not eaten. I was told a prescription for nauseousness would be called in to my pharmacy and sent on my way. I went to pick up the medicine about 45 minutes after I left the office. It hadn't been called in yet so I called the clinic and the nurse said the practitioner had not closed out the chart yet but she would leave a note. The medicine was never called in, the clinic closed for the day and weekend and there was no way to get the prescription.
